It crashes with new version of iOS. ### 1/5 — Ughhhhhh!! Resetting My Online Banking *2018-10-10* I recently received a new IPhone.i apparently lost my Mobile App,which by the way worked great but was HARD to obtain back then.Its even HARDER now.Impossible to reset Mobile App.Please Help!! This should not this complicated. Wow!! It’s even HARD to send a E mail. ### 1/5 — Worst Banking App I Have Encountered *2018-02-28* This banking app is absolutely horrible. The marketing or IT director at the bank should fire the developers. The most irritating part of it is the login process. Every time I try to login into the app, I have to be emailed a security code in order to finish logging in. I find that my HSBC bank account has the highest level of security standards of any bank and its app isn’t that complicated to login. If security is such a concern with the app then why not take advantage of the iPhone Touch ID or ask for the users iPhone PIN number. This app is pretty useless. I rate it a 0 out of 5, if I could. ### 2/5 — Horrible update *2018-07-07* Used to work fine. Now I can’t transfer money from my different accounts to pay my credit card. There is no ‘done’ or ‘submit’ button. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but still can’t. Please get this bug fixed ### 2/5 — It's OK, Not All That... *2017-10-17* Touch ID would be great. A few bugs here & there needs fixing. Now I can't keep an eye on my account because your app isn't supported with IOS 9. ### 4/5 — Love New Features *2020-08-15* I love that I can transfer money to my credit card to pay off my balance. The app recalculates account balances immediately. I can see all of my various accounts in one place and I can add travel notes so my card doesn’t get blocked for fraud if I’m out of state.
