App is confusing to use, and does not follow the instructions written on the scooters, could not find “helmet logo” to remove helmet, and it charged us when we didn’t ride the scooters

The set up was very confusing. My friends helmet wouldn’t unlock!!! Was a fun ride!!

It would be great to be able to rent more then one scooter per app.  It is very frustrating to want go for a ride but can only rent one when there is 2-3 of us and not everyone has the app or a credit card.

The helmet attachment was broken. We managed to jerryrig it. #11.
It was hard to know if we had finished the ride or just paused it (along with #32). We ended up starting it again and ending it before it showed us our route. Other than those two things we looooved it. So much fun and easy to learn.

Overall the scooters were fun. My mom and I found two fairly quickly we signed in and were able to unlock my helmet but my moms would not work and we won’t ride w/ out helmets. We found more scooters close by so those ones worked my mom got scared and was on for only a couple of minutes but I was on for hours. Didn’t like the dead zones (can’t ride in a park half to be on a car accessible area). Little over priced $0.39 per minute but its okay for the fun. I would recommend 9+ years old you do need a drivers license to ride but if you don’t have one you’ll still be fine be safe. Tip: drive like it’s a car stop for pedestrians, turning signal, brakes, speed limit, horn ect… I had so much fun but the helmet was kinda annoying and itchy. Best spot to ride in is a parking lot DON’T DRIFT!! It will end VERY bad trust me. This was fun I would do it again easy no balance needed or energy just hold gas and stand no kicking so easy. Loved it.

When I open the app from the background it seems to be “pasting” whatever is on my phone - please take a look into this as it maybe perceived as fraudulent
