My subscription also renewed and the money went out of my account however I still can’t watch the paid content. Wrote a query to support team but no response either. ### 5/5 — Best App to use *2023-02-07* EPIC ON has a wide selection of movies, tv shows, and short series in many different genres and from various countries. I love the new and old films available on this app. No in-app sales and no advertisements. It is nice and simple, with no chance for accidental subscriptions, and no extra costs. Where do I enter this otp and how do i login to the account? I am a subscriber of this app with no way to access the premium content. So I purchased the app subscription so I could access my favs. But some glitches need to be worked on which are serious: 1. If I’m scrolling through a seasons which has 10+ episodes the screen does not scroll through and keeps directing me to the top. Due to this error, I cannot see later episodes of let’s say Ekaant. 2. What is this you are selling service or testing patience. I have subscribed it to watch dahej dasi but it’s been 3 days 0 episodes for this week and it’s already Wednesday. If you can’t keep up with the updates shouldn’t says so when we buy subscription. Thank god, I have 3 months subscription plan, not getting into this stupid app again. I loved the show but i guess no luck as i live in usa and we do not have that channel or time to watch on tv. Update after few months of trying this app: I've had the worst experience with this app! Despite having a subscription until October, I was constantly logged out and asked to resubscribe every week. The login issues were frustrating and pointless, since I was already paying for the service. I finally unsubscribed due to the hassle. Even if this app were free, I wouldn't recommend it. All other video apps - able to cast but this. It’s customer service is of no help.
