Convoluted UI design and unintuitive navigation delivers a product far below expectations. Is something going on? ### 2/5 — No available jobs? *2022-10-13* I work in IR and use rover mostly to communicate with others while in the hospital or on call at home. However, many times I’ve tried to login but would get “no available jobs” alert and not allowed to login and check and/or reply to messages. This is a big flaw and needs to be fixed. The only time I’ve found I could use the app is if I’m already logged in the computer at work but what’s the point? It’s not very useful if I’m using the work computer.. I’ve tried everything including messing with my own privacy settings but to no avail, no pun intended. ### 2/5 — Barcode Scanning? *2021-06-22* This still really needs camera integration for barcode/QR scanning fo inventory. It’s too bad this is still not a function. ### 2/5 — Please fix scanner! *2020-01-17* Ever since I got my new phone I have been unable to scan meds or labs which was the biggest reason for using the app. Please fix this it’s been MONTHS! ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Critical Message Alerts and Apple Watch *2025-03-15* I work in IR and when on call I need to be able to have the critical message alerts audibly play on my iPhone speaker. However, it appears when my Apple Watch is paired with my iPhone, I do not get the Critical Alert sound at all despite turning off “mirror iPhone” for Rover on Apple Watch. Only when my Apple Watch is not paired/off my wrist does it come through w. the critical tone audio. This DEFINITELY needs to be able to work simultaneously especially since the audio allows me to wake up to the page vs relying on the haptic/ping audio only on my watch (just not strong/loud enough when asleep overnight). Secondarily and unrelated to above — I would love it if we could opt into/out of messaging groups on a schedule. For example “opt into on call group paging at 1830 and opt out at 0700 next day” using the availability feature. ### 3/5 — Not getting notifications when locked *2022-02-02* Our transport team stoped receiving notification when the phones are locked. All the setting on the app and phone are set correctly is there anything that changed?
