It is also very dependent on bringing your community over from TikTok not really helping push out a new creator on the app. Which makes it really tough to stay on the app and get seen by supporters and gifters. They’re working continuously to provide us with an app that I feel will be around long term. It has so much potential. I’m loving the connections I’m making and have made. I love that the owners are not strangers and will pop in and hang out with you and get to know you. I’ve never seen that on any other app. We have our little glitches and mishaps but they’re nothing compared to how this app has helped me tremendously in the last 5 months. After actively streaming on the platform, I suddenly lost access to key features like hosting live sessions and even watching other creators, immediately after participating in a battle on April 10th. What makes this worse is that the diamonds and earnings I made during that session completely disappeared from my wallet without any explanation. Interestingly, the same earnings are still visible in my live analytics, which raises serious concerns about transparency and how user earnings are handled. I reached out to customer support multiple times and received no response. When I reached out to Brandon and finally got a reply, he said my account was flagged for “compliance reasons,” but no specific details or evidence were provided and I was informed the decision is final. As a content creator, this is extremely frustrating. A platform should be able to clearly communicate issues, provide evidence when taking such serious actions, and ensure that creators’ earnings are handled fairly and transparently.
