It never signs me in. It always says something went wrong, when you’re in the middle of trying to pick tickets, it times out on you and then you have to wait 10 minutes for the tickets to reset so you can buy the seats you want. The theater is great and the fact that you can buy your tickets online is nice but the app is one of the worst apps out there. The tickets are never sent to the app always “waiting payment confirmation” although payment has cleared. It never gives me loyalty points nor does it allow purchases at the kiosk machine. I enjoy the seats at Epic but hate the app. They should just not have one.
