You open it and it immediately goes back to the Home Screen. Half the time if you do something o. The website it’s not showing up in the app, like your tickets for movies. ### 1/5 — SCAMERS *2025-01-23, version 1.1.0* I “purchased” my tickets through this app, it charged my card but I never received my confirmation email or my tickets. Despite contacting support from Epic, I’ve gotten no resolution. This app is unreliable and feels like a complete scam. When I got to the part for selecting payment, it just stalls. I never got to the payment page. Makes me just not wanna go to the Epic Theaters. Constantly broken, making me need to delete and re-install, and super slow, taking forever to load each screen. It never signs me in. It always says something went wrong, when you’re in the middle of trying to pick tickets, it times out on you and then you have to wait 10 minutes for the tickets to reset so you can buy the seats you want. The theater is great and the fact that you can buy your tickets online is nice but the app is one of the worst apps out there. Get it together epic. ### 1/5 — App needs a lot of improvements *2025-12-21, version 1.3.1* Doesn’t take Applepay, won’t pull up cards in your phone. The tickets are never sent to the app always “waiting payment confirmation” although payment has cleared. It never gives me loyalty points nor does it allow purchases at the kiosk machine. I enjoy the seats at Epic but hate the app. They should just not have one. At least then people would know there is no loyalty benefit for going to Epic theaters. Whenever I buy a ticket on either my phone or my PC, the ticket may or may not appear in the app. I occasionally had to pull up the email. Another bad thing is that I can only add the ticket to my Apple Wallet right after buying it through the Safari browser. I also can’t add a ticket from the app to my apple wallet. ### 3/5 — Reset Password doesn’t work; Save to Wallet doesn’t work *2023-02-05, version 1.0.0* I tried to use the Reset Password function several times and never received a Reset Password email. I finally used my Apple ID to log in. When I completed the purchase, a message display said that the tickets would be added to my wallet, but they were not.
