I have been trying to get into contact with a actual human they have a support number that just tells you to talk to your back office and you got to the back office it’s a robot who tells you to go to your email and then the email tells you to contact the back office. It’s customer service is absolute trash and they charged me the monthly fee when I had the 3 and free and have yet to receive a response and I need to pay rent, when I earned the right to not be charged it’s dumb and annoying I need my refund!!!!!!
