It’s like the system does not want you to receive your discounts. However, if you click to redeem your points when you’re ordering in the app, it will auto reduce your redeemable points even though points were never applied up in the check out. The lobby had people waiting who placed their orders mostly in person. I hade been sitting there now for 10mins. My order said it was still in progress. NO ONE at the counter acknowledged me AT ALL to ask me if I needed help or if I was waiting for an order. When someone finally did ask me if I had placed an order it was already 11 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready. Mind you the app said it was still in process and no one ever called out my name. Come to find out my food had been ready for and just sitting there. There was a girl who walked up to the front, guess noticed I had been sitting there a while and asked me if I had placed and order or needed to order. I told her I placed an order on the app and it said it was supposed to be ready at a certain time but showed still in process. She asked me what my name was and found my order. Then tells me she would refund my order for the inconvenience, but after the store was closed and I would get a call that the refund had been issued. May take a few days for processing by my credit card company. No call. Not sure the refund was actually processed. Poor experience!!! Plus my chicken strips were pretty dry. I know I asked for dry, meaning no sauce, but these were over cooked or maybe just sitting there longer than 5 minutes…the other two working the counter were useless. Neither person treated me or spoke to me. I work in customer service and let me tell you if that was anyone of my workers, this would not have happened. You are the front line for your employer and a representative of that company.
