But unfortunately it is not free. It gets you through the set up process: name, goals, photo. And then tells you it’s only a trial and you’ll have to pay for one of the tiers. That was disappointing and a waste of time and app space. If it was clearly stated that it’s a subscription based service I wouldn’t have bothered downloading it. I’m sure it’s cool if you are able to pay for it, but if you were looking for something free, this isn’t one. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I just don't wanna put makeup on myself and completely not look like that. Not only that, but it was charged to a different Credit card (another family member) that’s not even associated to my AppleID? I need to ensure there will be zero recurring charges to anyone in the family moving forward and am requesting a refund. This is terrible business practices. Customer service unreachable ### 1/5 — Shady App! SCAM *2026-07-18, version 1.13.3* I purchased a $7.99 trial package. I ended the trial before their 7-day policy period; otherwise, you'd pay a $39.99 subscription fee each month. I was still charged $39.99, and there is no customer support available for a refund. Their support email is fake (it bounces back), and they have no chat customer support or phone support. They say 24-hour support is available. This is a scam. ### 1/5 — Disappointed & Not Accurate. *2026-07-17, version 1.13.3* • I don't agree with the eyeshadow shades it says match with my skin tone. • The eyeliner wing shape it recommends for my almond shaped eyes is not cleary explained. • The colors it recommends for my fair skin are way too dark. • The colors of clothes/jewelry it recommends I should wear are not even my style. In my opinion - with my fair skin tone, the colors of clothes that look best on me are pink & white. • It's contradicting. It's not worth it to spend money on the subscription; luckily they offer a 3 day free trial. Makeup is unique & different on everyone. Everyone does their makeup differently. Makeup is subjective. Why are the celebrities with my features all white women? The makeup choices being suggested are not Black owned or brands I would ever use. As I’ve aged, above my lids has started to droop. So when I’ve tried to do wings they end up looking more like sideways triangle. No Matter how hard or how often I try.
