Their withdrawal process is garbage. Takes 2 weeks from request to approval and constantly gets stuck in a pending review process. No customer support answers for help. Their rules and eligibility states that it’s available in Colorado however it actually is not. I flagged this to customer service more than 2 months prior and they still haven’t updated their official rules to reflect the true regulations. It seems like EPICK is intentionally trying to drive traffic their way for features they don’t offer. ### 1/5 — Worst DFS app by far *2025-12-11, version 4.3.3* If I could give zero stars I would. This app will NOT allow you to withdraw your own money. I have had a “pending” withdrawal for the last 7 days. Money that I won from the single entry I’ve placed. I have received ZERO communication from their customer support, which consists of an AI bot and one singular member. I have used the in-app support, emails, I’ve even contacted their social media page as well as the founder’s page. Been completely ignored. Not even given an update. What good is a DFS app if they get to illegally hold your winnings and ghost you when you ask for updates? Do not bother downloading this app and definitely do not put any money on there. You will NOT get it back. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam - Do not put money in. *2026-08-25, version 5.0.0* I attempted to withdraw 80 dollars from the site and got stuck in a “pending withdrawal.” That did not let me proceed. These issues have occurred since March of this year. I’ve attempted to contact customer service multiple times with months of no response. The website also leads to a different apps customer service also (prophet X). They did this with 80 dollars, just imagine if you hit it big. Be warned. ### 1/5 — Avoid scam app *2026-08-04, version 4.6.2* No liquidity in contests, the entire interface is a mess and ugly, too many screens to maneuver through. If you want something reputable stick to real DFS apps like Underdog, DraftKings Fantasy, Fanduel, head to head contests or 50/50 cash games-not this garbage. Prediction markets coming soon LOL good luck getting your money out with no response from CS. ### 1/5 — No respond for months *2026-06-24, version 4.6.2* I deposited approximately $1,000 and have already completed a significant amount of gameplay. My account still shows a cash balance of $308.93, but only $0.52 is available for withdrawal. The app has displayed a maintenance message for weeks, preventing gameplay, while the remaining balance remains restricted. I contacted support months ago and received no meaningful response. Recent inquiries have only resulted in generic automated replies. I am not claiming fraud, but it is extremely frustrating to have real cash locked in an account when gameplay is unavailable and customer support does not provide clear answers or assistance.
