Then, without my permission, I was charged again $19.99 for a subscription I did not want to continue. I contacted support immediately, asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money because I was not going to use the app, and I even received confirmation that my subscription had been canceled. However, one month later they charged me another $19.99 again. When I contacted support, they refused to refund the money and claimed that more than 14 days had passed since the subscription was activated. This makes absolutely no sense because they had already confirmed that the subscription was canceled. So basically: • they charged me without clear authorization, • confirmed cancellation, • charged me again after cancellation, • and then refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience and extremely suspicious billing practices. ### 1/5 — BUYERS BEWARE!!! *2026-04-24, version 1.3.0* Trick you into contract and auto renewal. App is extremely buggy and not worth it! When I actually downloaded it, the material was strictly audio and honestly kind of boring.
