## What is EPIO Research?

EPIO is a pain self-management program designed to support those living with chronic pain, and includes information, various strategies and coping methods, useful exercises and many other thoughts and suggestions for everyday life. EPIO is based on scientific methods and principles that we know can work, and the goal is for EPIO to help reduce the impact of pain in your everyday life, and to make it easier for you to live well, despite the pain.
