They advertise a money back guarantee within 2 weeks and 93% renew.  Then after the fact they say no refund for partial periods and have no means of canceling without an email to customer service.  I will contest with my credit card company.  Content is not at all as advertised.  Nothing at all.  Total and complete scam.

I got a three day free trial and they charged me $20.  When I saw that, I tried to cancel and there wasn’t any place to do that literally. Once in the app, the history was disappointing. Just basic facts and nothing as interesting as the ads. I’m going to dispute the charge and get my money back. Garbage.

They will steal your money! I downloaded the app but decided not to join in, so canceled before free try ended. They charged me anyway. I wrote them asking for a refund. They refused & promised to cancel & refund. They have now charged 3 mo. In a row. I must now block. I am one of many. Many, many complaints. A sleazy way to make money. Creeps!

I should have read the reviews of this being a scam before buying.. they send a fake temporary password and it doesn’t actually work, they grab your money and run, I am disputing this charge and working to get the app taken down. Crazy how this is allowed

I found this shortly after I watched all the units on Paladin, which is another heavily AI driven history app. For all the pearl clutching about AI (and as a 46 year old woman, I too have done some of this), these history apps are remarkable. If history had been taught like this when I was in high school in the late nineties, maybe I would’ve paid attention! It’s so much more fascinating than I ever realized. I read a lot of history books as well, but this app does a wonderful job of tying in general themes of the past with what is happening in the world today. Anyone would benefit from learning these connections.
