Using a IOS phone. So every time I log in, the screen stops or transfers you to a black screen and then the app crashes. Restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but it still does the same thing over and over again. One my friends also has problems like this and we both use IOS. Not user friendly from other devices, kindly please check. Thank you.

The app asks for a kiosk password to be able to log in access the eP Pay but there was no prompt to even nominate a password and you have to contact e3 for you to have a default password and that usually takes days for it to be resolved. The app crashes and cannot register into saved passwords as well as facial recognition. Please update the app so that it would be easier to use.
