Firmware update from within the app crashes the app. Telephone tech support tells me that there’s no issue and it must be user error. Worthless app, worthless processor, if my business succeeds it won’t be due to EPN. I’m small fry so they don’t care, one day that will change and I’m going to enjoy saying no to the sales person who grovels to try and keep my account. ### 1/5 — App and reader interface *2021-05-30, version 4.1.25* Overall very poor app interface is terrible, clunky, cumbersome and hard to navigate cannot back out of certain screens without restarting the application. So far the card reader will not connect or update support is non existent opened a ‘support ticket’ weeks ago and zero response. I suggest going elsewhere for your credit card processing needs. ### 2/5 — Update app *2020-11-04, version 4.1.24* Please update and fix the bugs in this application it’s very frustrating when we try to run cards for donations and you application is not working ### 3/5 — App crashes when authorized. *2020-10-02, version 4.1.24* The app is crashing after the signature. No way to confirm if the transaction went through. ### 3/5 — App crashes at the authorization number screen . *2020-09-28, version 4.1.24* Have the device through my employer . At the authorization screen the app shuts down every time and forces me to contact my office to get the authorization number for my customer and help would be greatly appreciated . I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app . I love how basic and self-explanatory it is, and if I ever need help, I just call their tech support line. it’s super easy because they never have a hold time, and they answer any questions I have.
