None of the methods I’ve tried have resulted in any success of the free version of the app to work. The “elgato virtual camera” extension will not go away. There are no directions for this. I had to lookup a fix from someone on Reddit, but there were only instructions for M1 cpus, not for intel. The instructions involve disabling system identity protection. This is scary when I’m not sure the fix will actually work, and there is potential to brick my laptop. Trying to get support for the issues is a loop of emails and no real solution.
