This one is all about the coach. - Ask the coach to log a list of exercises and it now logs exactly those movements, in the order you wrote them, instead of substituting its own. - Cardio and timed work now log as minutes rather than reps. Boxing, kickboxing, swimming, hiking, dancing, HIIT, circuit training, stair climbing and sled pushes were added to the exercise library. - You can add line breaks when writing to the coach. - Clearer, calmer messages when the coach is busy or briefly unavailable.
