## What is Epoch HR?

Epoch HR is the employee self-service app for teams running on the Epoch HR platform. Check in and out with location-verified attendance, request leave and track your balances, submit expenses and overtime, and stay on top of company announcements — all from your phone.

Managers approve on the go: leave requests, overtime, and expense reports arrive as push notifications the moment they are submitted, and one tap opens the approval queue. Employees hear back just as fast — a notification tells them the moment their request is approved or declined.

FEATURES

• Attendance — location-verified check-in and check-out, with monthly summaries
• Leave — balances, requests, and history at a glance
• Expenses and overtime — submit and track approvals
• Letters and documents — request HR letters and certificates
• Approvals — managers act on team requests from a dedicated tab with live pending counts
• Notifications — know the moment something needs you, and the moment it is decided
• Company announcements and an employee directory

Epoch HR requires an account provided by your employer.
