They charged me for 3 years every month!!! Even tho I called and canceled every month. Not even my credit card was able to do anything. They owe me so much money, which I have proof of in emails. They still never refunded. They should be sued

For five days, I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me access my till and back office. 5 different customer service agents have told me someone would call me back and I’ve yet to hear back. The last agent I spoke with said someone named Micheal attempted to call me but yet I had no missed calls or a voicemail from Micheal. He assured me yesterday 04/10 i’d get a call back before the end of the day and that never happened. So here I am for the fifth day in a row operating business with no till. Thank god I use square for credit card transactions or I’d be screwed. I guess I’ll be manually transferring over 5000 products to square and disputing the charge for my annual license renewal so I can actually run my business. Avoid this company!

The Epos Now POS system has completely streamlined how I operate my business. The app is intuitive, fast, and incredibly flexible—I can easily switch between handling sales, updating product info, and managing reports all from my iPhone. I have been with them for about 1 year and have had no real problems I like that it has its own cloud and saves transaction online or offline, it’s really gives the business a luxury feel to it. I’m in the US and I use Epos daily for my store. Customer support has been helpful since day 1, which is rare to find these days. I’m a small but growing business and hope to keep going with the help of Epos I am slowly scaling and getting better.

I would highly encourage small businesses to start using this till app. It’s convenient to use and once you get used to it, it’s incredibly easy to use. I love the flexibility it has in regards to being able to integrate with several delivery third party apps. Couldn’t recommend more!!
