### 1/5 — Plötzliches verschwinden meiner Dokumente

Heute Früh sind plötzlich alle Dokumente meiner App verschwunden einschließlich meine Adressen und mein Name.
Auf der Webseite sind sie noch da. 
Meine neue Adresse ließ sich auch nicht verifizieren, weil sie angeblich nicht bekannt sei. Obwohl ich da wohne. Daher kommt die Post an die neue Adresse auch nicht an. Es ist hin und wieder eine Katastrophe mit der App.

Comme d’habitude avec la Poste, quand il s’agit d’informatique: une vraie usine à gaz qui propose plein de fonctionnalités sauf celle dont on a besoin. Pensée par des fonctionnaires sans aucune approche client.

Seit ca. zwei Wochen stürzt die App immer ab. Auch nach Neuinstallation.

Wichtige Dokumente, die eigentlich nicht gescannt werden dürfen, verschwinden bei der physischen Zustellung. Die Hilfe durch den Support war eine einzige Katastrophe.
Leider muss ich diesen Service während meiner Abwesenheit weiter nutzen.

Die App macht was sie soll, der Service ist Klasse, ich versuche papierlos wie möglich zu sein. Besonders praktisch ist es, wenn man auf Reisen ist, bekommt man seine Post und verpasst keine Fristen.

Sehr viele Briefe werden nicht von der KI nicht erkannt und werden immer noch physisch zugestellt. 

In ihren AGBs weisen sie schon darauf hin, dass keine 100%ige Treffenquote garantiert werden nur denkt man, das mal einer oder zwei im Monat mal durchgehen. Leider ist die Zahl viel, viel höher und wichtige Briefe wie Steuererklärung und MFK Einladung sind bei mir durchs Raster gefallen und durchgerutscht. 

Nutzen Sie den Service am Besten nur wenn Sie ihn nicht wirklich brauchen.

Es ist tatsächlich so, dass wir mit dem Scanning Service keine 100% Weiterleitungsquote erreichen können. z.B Nicht maschinell-lesbare Adressen (wie z.B. handgeschrieben, im Adressfenster verrutscht, etc.) werden nicht gescannt. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir bei diesem Kundenbedürfnis einen anderen Service. Unser Support Team ist jedoch bemüht, dich bei deinem Scanning Service zu unterstützen, damit so viel wie möglich gescannt wird. Wir lernen stetig dazu und arbeiten daran ePost kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Ich würde mir wirklich wünschen dass ich zwischen den 4 Postfächer einfach switchen kann.  Da ich 2 private und 2 Business Postfächer habe.

Newest iOS and newest iPhone. App crashes every single time when opening document. Customer service: “Delete and install app again”. Did several times, problem persists.

### 1/5 — Selten so eine schlechte Benutzererfahrung mit einer App gemacht

Ich wollte einfach nur den Post-Scan-Service nutzen. Meine Adresse auf der Website der Post gilt als verifiziert (via Code als Brief seit November 2022), wurde in der App aber als unbestätigt angezeigt. 

Damit ich den Scan-Service nun buchen darf, musste ich über 40 Minuten meines Sonntags verschwenden und Tricks anwenden, die eher an Hacks erinnern, so umständlich wird es Nutzern dieser App gemacht.
