It is produced by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) with the assistance of the Professional Examination Service (PES). Disappointed. Submitted an inquiry and they never got back to me. ### 2/5 — Errors in questions, grammar, and spelling *2024-03-15* I love pocket studying, I have this app a full-test try, which is over 100 questions. They referenced a diagnosis which was removed from DSM in 2013 in a test question, they referenced the GAF which was removed in 2013, and I found multiple grammatical errors and even typos. Until this app is fully updated, I would not recommend wasting time and money studying here for your licensing exam. It’s hard enough without errors in the materials. ### 1/5 — Not a real trial *2022-12-24* I added the app and signed up via the “7 day free trial.” I found out that it isn’t actually a free trial. They charge you within 48 hours. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t open *2022-11-03, version 12.0* I find some questions helpful, but it no longer opens. I would definitely not recommend subscribing until this bug is fixed. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2021-10-05* I just purchased this app 2 days ago and it keeps crashing when I try to access one of the Treatment and Intervention flash cards. I finished the practice questions but it’s stuck on the last one and crashes every time I try to answer it. I need to study for my exam which is expensive enough just to register for it. I hate wasting $ I don’t have on something I can’t use. ### 1/5 — Super bummed *2021-07-10* Sometimes it’s 2 questions in, other times it’s 50, 60, or 100 questions in. Without fail, each category I attempt to complete crashes. A random question comes up that has nothing to do with psychology, and no matter what you answer, it says it’s wrong and then boots you out of the application. I would like my money back please so I can maybe look elsewhere for a company that will address glitches and errors. ### 2/5 — Not worth it *2021-03-09* Old questions that are often repeated. Answers sometimes doubled or they don’t fit in the boxes so you can’t even fully read them. The scoring glitches so you can’t see your accurate score. You can’t access incorrect responses. You can’t move backwards to flag or review or save to answer at the end. Doesn’t give you option to see results at the end, instead automatically shows you the answer and it’s not always clear. ### 1/5 — As of right now *2020-11-24* Do not get. Paid for a subscription and still can’t get in. No way to contact eppp. Getting ready to get ahold of Apple. This is absolutely ridiculous. ### 2/5 — Good but technical issues *2020-11-17, version 2.0* Questions are decent/mid range In difficulty but a good supplement to a more in-depth study program. However I found some technical glitches that made answers hard to read or not fit nicely into the frame of the questions on screen format. ### 1/5 — Fake *2020-09-21* If you read the reviews for this app they’re all made up and the same reviewers appear on other products this company advertises (for different exams). After agreeing to a 7-day trial, the next day I was fully charged for a 6 month subscription even though I had decided to cancel.
