### 1/5 — Should have scholarship like other companies

This app should be free or have a scholarship like other companies . The EPPP is a $700 exam and having to paying for an app on top of that plus $1600 for licensing programs plus fees to be licensed in a state, I hope they consider a scholarship because low income applicants need assistance and want to pass the exam with as much help as we can.

Questions seem to be almost exactly the same as another app I have. Only 600 questions not 1200. No way to reset my progress so I can see if I am retaining information. Don’t waste your money.

### 2/5 — Buggy and Doesn’t Work

I gave this app a solid try to supplement the studying I’m doing. The questions are fairly spot on to some of the content in studying so it does seem legit. 

However, more days than not, the app would get stuck and not allow me to complete the QOA or tests. I’d close the app, restart my phone, neither of those options would work. Customer service told me I needed to delete the app and download again. However, I shouldn’t have to do that multiple times per week. 

The test options don’t allow you to view the correct answers after completion, which was an annoyance. I had high hopes that this app would supplement my other ways of studying but that was not the case.

As for the app issue, our team has resolved it. Technical problems may only arise in individual cases.
The app interface allows you to select different exam modes: 1) full support (all correct answers and explanations are shown during the test), 2) no explanations (only correct answers are shown), 3) exam style (correct answers and explanations are not displayed). ### 2/5 — Glitchy or Poorly Designed

I’ve used this app for a full month. It is much less useful than another one I also purchased. I can’t understand why it uses the same questions over and over again compared to the other app that seems to have a boundless source of practice questions. For example, I’m quite familiar now with the cannon-bard theory of emotion thanks to its popping up sometimes twice each study session. Too much material is neglected I’m favor of frequent questions that I answered right the first time.

I personally think that this app offers a perfect preparation not just to receive a passing score (500), but also correctly answer over 90 percent of the questions. I passed the exam with a very good score! Use all the benefits of this preparation resource! Highly recommend this app!
