Individual staff members can communicate through the app to send important work information out to all the Epproach staff. 

MESSAGES:  Receive updates and instruction in real time. If you are an admin, post updates and instruction that can be sent out to all staff within seconds.  
EVENTS: Quickly thumb through upcoming events for the staff.
NEWS: Access valuable how-to articles, newsletters, tips and more. Link various web pages to this feature for staff.
EPPROACH SUPPORT: Fill out a technical support form straight from the app.
SOCIAL: Check out Epproach's social media websites.
CONTACT: Send a message directly to Epproach's CEO.

### 1/5 — Cannot Get App to Connect Properly

*2021-12-13, version 2.8.4*

So, technically the app works… TECHNICALLY. Yes, I am able to update my door code, and yes I can lock or unlock my door. HOWEVER, the app itself does not update to tell you whether your door is locked or unlocked and I cannot control my thermostat from my phone as promised. I also cannot get a hold of anyone to fix these issues. Please fix.
