I don’t think you could make this much worse. Does anyone who works on this actually use it? How can my old label printer be easier to use than one that uses a smartphone as its interface? Someone on your product management team needs to make this a priority. I will not be recommending this to anyone in my social circle. Even when it connects I constantly get the error “communications error” and have to wait several more minutes for it to connect. Never had these problems with the brother printers. ### 5/5 — Error! Bluetooth signal lost *2020-05-07, version 1.7.0* Is a beautiful, can print little labels but if you used with your phone or table via Bluetooth , is a night mare I have it for a year but today im so piss off so i decide to write this revew but it first i just was looking for app update to see if can work better and nothing. Took me two hour to 15 little labels just because i need to reconnect the Bluetooth connection more then 30 time.. i hate it now . Might will work ok if is connect it to a computer wit the cable. ### 2/5 — Need to improve *2020-03-25* 1.old style app UI and not easy to use at all 2.Find device failed when use Wlan with 1000P. I have to reconnect WiFi for print discover. 3. Only few templates are available and these template are tooooo stick with the tape type, if I want to print a small label, and the template told me that I need to use another tape. Otherwise, I will get a label with half images on that. 4.there is no way to prompt half cut or full cut, I have to set up before I print ### 1/5 — App or printer Bluetooth buggy *2020-03-03* Don’t know if problem is with the app or Epson Bluetooth implementation.
