Title says it all. The app doesn’t work. It wouldn’t recognize my projector. It spends 1 second searching. I don’t even think it tried

I have tried this app several times and all I ever get is a message that says correction failed. Use remote to make adjustments. It simply doesn’t work and is a frustrating waste of time . This projector was very expensive and it is near impossible to adjust. If you do get it adjusted properly whatever you do don’t touch it. Very disappointing.

EHシリーズの画面補正をアプリでしようとしたがプロジェクターとの接続が不安定すぎる。
日本メーカーとは思えないレベル。
何度も10回接続チャレンジして1回繋がればマシなレベル。

アプリで補正しようとすると、絶対に1発で接続ができない、もしくは補正がエラーになる。
再起動を毎回しなくてはならないため、本当に煩わしい。本体に自動補正機能をつけろよと思う。
別のメーカーのものを買うか検討中。

Screen says “Connected to iPhone” and iPhone shows a checkmark on the “Connecting to the projector”, but both devices never connect or move on to the next step in configuring the projector screen. This worked before the LS650 firmware update

I bought a new LS650 and used this app to correct the distortion but sometime later, my projector installed all updates including firmware. After these updates, this app is connecting to my iphone but is not proceeding after that. I have tried another iphone and another android device, but this app is not working anymore. I will call customer service and update.

After the projector (EH-LS650B/EH-LS650W) updated the firmware and software yesterday, it will no longer connect to the app for adjustments. This needs to be addressed and a fix to be able to make adjustments with the iOS app.

Man…why didn’t I do this in the very beginning?? After reading the instructions, it literally took me 10 seconds to complete. WOW!! Beats doing it manually which took me about 12 min to get perfect. Excellent product!!

The app does not seem to connect frequently.  And when it does connect, it does not seem to correct the area and shapes it to look like a trapezoid.

Very expensive (EH - LS800B) for the app not to function properly.
