Thank You! ### 3/5 — Good bank, no technical support *2026-08-25, version 37.0.0* I’ve been using EQ for a few years, and while the banking experience is generally good, the app has frequent glitches. Some issues, like the history of international transfers, remain unresolved for a long time. Recently, the app completely stopped working, crashing every time I tried to open it. The technical support is also a major problem; it’s either very limited or completely nonexistent. I spent three days on calls, asking for a supervisor to address a serious issue. Finally, I got through to technical support, but I’m sure it’ll be days before anything is fixed. It’s an online bank with an app that’s not working at all. That’s to say the least, unacceptable. It gives me very little confidence in this institution from a technical standpoint. I’ll probably look for a new bank. Too bad, because the Canadian market could really benefit from a modern online banking experience.
