The old one worked great. Tries to pair and then app crashes. Hope their jacks are better quality than their app!!! Scary… ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2026-01-22* The app started shutting down when I tried to enter my PIN. Now that I have an iPhone 14 the app can’t see my phone and my phone can’t see the device either. I have done everything the EQ support staff have suggested and still can’t pair. The last response I got from support was basically I don’t know anything about your new phone but if it worked with your old phone there is no issue with the device. Seems odd that this is the only Bluetooth device (and I have many)that I can’t see or connect to… ### 1/5 — Cannot connect to the app *2022-05-26* Tried several times to connect. I had a problem with one of my jacks from the factory. The dealer said it would be three months before they could get it replaced. I worked with a representative at equalizer and they had me fixed in less than a week so I could go on my scheduled trip. the people were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. that’s the way I like to do business. no nonsense customer satisfaction 100%. ### 5/5 — Works as Hoped *2020-07-26, version 1.21.16* Pretty slick little app. I find the up/down arrows opposite from I would expect, but once you are used to it, it's easy and even a little fun to use. ### 5/5 — Works great! *2020-04-29* Works just like you are using the keypad.
