I was directed to this app by the McFarlane Toys exclusives from SDCC. However, the app defaults to Chinese, with no way to change the language. This has been reported on here for years and the developer responds in Chinese. So, no idea what the solution is.

구매까지 이어지는데 장애물이 한 10개쯤은 되는 느낌이에요. 의류나 쇼핑에 최적화된 타 사이트들에 비해 오류도 잦고 여러 인증이 진짜 너무 복잡해요. 저는 일단 로그인부터 막혀서 일반 로그인에 통합 로그인에 인증에 어쩌고 저쩌고 하..미니멀리스틱하게 버튼을 배치하는것 이상으로 내 정보는 어디서 확인할 수 있는지 한참 헤메게 만드는 구분안되는 사이트 디자인에 진짜.. 내돈 주고 내가 사겠다는데 한섬이 말려주는 기분이에요 ㅋㅋ 결국 포기하고 다른 쇼핑몰에서 구매했습니다. 진짜 화나고 아쉬워서 적습니다 인스타나 sns에 광고 엄청 띄우던데 그 돈아껴서 어플리케이터나 발전시키세요

But after countless raffles and a long list of disappointments, it’s become increasingly clear that EQL is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Their system is not fair, not transparent, and certainly not working in the interest of real consumers.

Let’s start with the obvious: the items you actually want — the hype releases, limited editions, collectibles with genuine demand — are near impossible to access. No matter how many raffles you enter or how consistent you are, the result is always the same: rejection. But somehow, you’re always “selected” for the leftovers — the pairs no one asked for, the colorways that sit on shelves, the overpriced bricks. It doesn’t feel random. It feels manipulated.

And transparency? Nonexistent. EQL provides zero real insight into how winners are chosen. There’s no way to verify the fairness they claim to prioritize. Just the same recycled messages telling you that “you weren’t selected this time.” After a while, it feels less like a raffle and more like a rigged system designed to frustrate and mislead.
