You just have to know HOW to sync your music. If you have an iPhone. Put your music in itunes, open your iPhone music app, THEN open equalizer and import the playlist. Apple has stated that it doesn’t matter that I unsubscribed, they still will charge me. So I ordered a Samsung phone and leaving Apple. Not paying for something that never worked in the first place.
