I use your app daily basis. Today it has become a very personal moment, it helps me to reflect my day, it helps me to understand my underlying needs or body signals, it helps me to improve my emotional vocabulary, it helps me to have much better conversations within my family and coworkers. This is a great app. Congrats and many thanks. It has helped me to become a better human being.
