### 2/5 — Everything’s good except history view.

*2026-07-24, version 3.0.5*

I am satisfied with everything about the updated app except the history. Since the app wants you to do 2 blood pressure readings per sitting, going to the history list on the previous version of the app would show the average of these 2 readings. You could tap on a given average and it would show you the individual results.

The updated app shows each individual reading in your history list. Not only is the new format more difficult to read, but there is no apparent way to obtain an average without calculating it yourself. The old format did this for you as well as looking cleaner and being easier to read.

Devs: If possible please please bring back the older history format on the next update!

### 3/5 — Why don’t you include UA 8000wm

*2026-07-16, version 3.0.4*

Why don’t you include the Ua-8000 WM. Why don’t you list all the devices this app can use. Like for glucose why can I connect my libre 3 to it.

### 4/5 — Only syncs with BP monitors not SpO2 monitors

*2025-06-02, version 2.0.0*

Would be nice if this app collected data by Bluetooth with equate SpO2 monitors instead of requiring manual entry of SpO2 data.

### 3/5 — Hypertension chart.

*2025-01-27, version 2.0.0*

This app doesn’t give me a chart of the different levels of hypertension. I would like to see that. Another app I used gave a chart as well as color coded the blood pressure results which coordinated with the chart.

### 2/5 — App doesn’t always work

*2024-11-02, version 2.0.0*

Sometimes the app doesn’t work. I log in each morning, but sometimes when I try to take my blood pressure the app just spins. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Sometimes that helps, but not always. Other times I log in the next day, and the next, and the next, etc and the app is still spinning.

### 1/5 — Crash - will not connect to iPhone with current release

*2024-04-16, version 2.0.0*

Sad!

### 1/5 — crashed and failed login

*2024-02-25, version 2.0.0*

crashed after just two days. locked flashing screen. rebooted phone and had to login again. wouldn’t recognize my login had to reset password.

### 4/5 — Easy to use

*2023-12-21, version 1.0*

So .. I like the unit, easy to use, easy to change user, goes on with the start button - no need to to switch on and off to save battery. The app is smooth .. but! very disappointed that I could not find a way to transport readings to the “apple health app”. I called the help # mentioned in other reviews - they would not answer my question, they said that I needed to call Walmart. Walmart was very nice, however did not know how to answer my question, so tried to connect me with the help # with no success. Too bad. Will return. btw: I have the 6000.
Addendum: now upon researching, I see that I need to buy the 8000 - it would have been nice to learn that from the 1st help number that I called! before spending a half hour on the phone with Walmart!

### 3/5 — Bluetooth could work better

*2023-10-01, version 1.0*

Blue tooth never connects

### 5/5 — Great blood pressure monitor and app!

*2023-09-27, version 1.0*

Beautiful LCD display and well-designed blood pressure monitor. The app is easy to use with the BP model UA-6000BLEWM. It is the best value in market.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bugged new Update has broken measurement history.

*2026-08-17, version 3.0.5*

App used to sync with device and properly load the correct date and time a measure was taken, in the case a few where taken offline. However recently it just defaults all the measures time and date to the most recent measure taken when you sync the device to the app.

### 1/5 — New software update BAD idea

*2026-07-31, version 3.0.5*

The new software update has no detailed instructions about the changes to interface arm band device with computer programs (Apple ipad). Customer service not informed either, we just played through it until I figures it out. + Measur. e. for Measurement does not ever fit blue box in upper right corner that is Now used to Start Measurement connections. Bad programmer with no customer service review in actual applications ! I’ve had this device for 4+ years with no problems, until today’s new update !

### 1/5 — Stopped

*2026-06-12, version 2.0.0*

My measurements stopped registering in the history. When I click on history, the 3 measurements I just took don’t show up anymore. It’s as if I didn’t use the machine or the app at all today. That makes this app completely useless because the whole point of the app is that it records the numbers for my doctor.

### 1/5 — Resignation broken

*2026-03-09, version 2.0.0*

As of March 2026, users cannot register with the app. I even followed another user’s instructions on a fix and no go. Shame Walmart.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-03-08, version 2.0.0*

No matter what I do it always says network error an cannot continue to register. If I cannot register I cannot login.

### 1/5 — Accurate reading

*2025-07-29, version 2.0.0*

Up until now it’s been awesome to see my blood pressure levels. Today it stopped recording them! Time to do some research!

### 1/5 — Data not syncing between Monitor and updated App

*2024-10-10, version 2.0.0*

A & D replied to me that updated Equate Heart Chart App has resolved the reported issue of failed Bluetooth pairing between UB-6500 Wrist Monitor and the App. I tried paring again after the update release and it was successful. Updated 2.0.2 Equate Heart Chart App is now paired with the monitor. However, monitor doesn’t connect to the app and measured BP readings are not transferred to the app. They have to be entered manually. A prompt fixing of this syncing issue between BP monitor and the App is needed for the device and app to become functional per specification. [Device used: Equate UB-6500 BLEWM Wrist Monitor & Samsung Galaxy A12 Phone]

### 1/5 — Constantly forgets Bluetooth devices

*2024-08-27, version 2.0.0*

Constantly forgets Bluetooth devices. Pain in the butt. So inconvenient! It said to delete device and try adding it again but now it doesn’t even see my device when it’s in pairing mode! I hate anything Walmart puts out. Piece of trash! It’s very disappointing because I really wanted to be able to share my readings with my doctor.

### 1/5 — App Not Working

*2024-07-14, version 2.0.0*

I haven’t been able to register my device because registration keeps kicking me out. I’ve tried on several devices.

### 1/5 — Deplorable APP

*2024-07-09, version 2.0.0*

What a total waste of time and money. Tried to set up blood pressure cuff (6500 series) several weeks ago without success. Tried again today but forgot my password. APP tells me to go back to an email I deleted and won’t allow me to change my own password. Done shopping at Walmart.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Blood Pressure Help

*2026-06-26, version 3.0.4*

This app has helped me to keep better track of and monitor my blood pressure levels better and regulate it back to normal.

### 5/5 — Doing the Lord’s Work!

*2026-04-20, version 2.0.0*

The amount of scam apps, or ones you have to pay for to send your doctor your data are abysmal. This one is not that!

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2025-08-13, version 2.0.0*

Super easy to use. I really like the chart feature and historical trends and ability to make a note for each reading if desired.

### 5/5 — Better than the wrist device

*2025-07-11, version 2.0.0*

I had to change the blood pressure monitor from wrist to upper arm because it was measuring wrong data. This 6000 series is easy to use and with the app works fantastic I can read and monitor my blood pressure easily

### 5/5 — Todd

*2024-11-24, version 2.0.0*

Eggs

### 5/5 — Simple

*2024-09-26, version 2.0.0*

Easy to use. Keeps records. No glitches. Been using for a couple of months. Unbeatable

### 5/5 — Doesn’t download from memory

*2024-06-30, version 2.0.0*

I got this so I can better chart and track trends and changes so far not working

### 5/5 — User friendly

*2024-06-09, version 2.0.0*

This has got to be the most easiest user friendly health app there is. I’m so impressed with how seamless and easy it is to use that I’m searching around trying to find other Bluetooth equipment that I can use with it. Like a glucometer, the thermometer, and a oximeter. Having multiple tools all Bluetooth and sync seamlessly would be awesome! Keep everything in one place. Oh and no ads, Another beautiful thing about it. Sadly I think this is one of the few apps I’ve given five stars for in the years I’ve been using Apple App Store.

### 5/5 — Does synch with Apple Health

*2024-03-25, version 2.0.0*

A reviewer named Priscilla said that it didn’t synch with Apple Health but mine did seamlessly. We were traveling and I had an event and needed to take my BP but had forgotten our travel monitor so we stopped at Walmart to pick one up so we chose the wrist monitor 6500. I will do a comparison to my Omron arm cuff monitor when I get home but so far I am pleased with this monitor.

### 5/5 — ¿Como marchan mis números?

*2023-12-01, version 1.0*

Muy útil ,me permite estar monitoreando mi presión arterial, igualmente el suministrar información a los médicos en forma organizada.
