This is a personal health management service used to measure blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and body temperature. If you use it together with a Bluetooth pulse oximeter and a Bluetooth infrared thermometer, it will be helpful.

After connecting to the Bluetooth pulse oximeter, the measurement results can be displayed: blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate (PR), and perfusion index (PI); It is free and you can use the application to display, record, and view your measurement data.

After connecting to the Bluetooth infrared thermometer, the application can display the test results in three modes: normal body temperature, low level fever, and high level fever. You can use the application to display, record, and view your historical measurement data.

I use iPhone. I had to use an android I had laying around to create an account. (No biggie). 

When attempting to login on my iPhone it gives me errors. It doesn’t matter whether I use 5G, my home wifi or my portable hotspot. 

It would be so nice if someone could work in the time to fix this problem. I have two sick kids and I would appreciate being able to use the features that incited me to purchase this item in the first place.

Just wanted something easy to use and accurate. Couldn’t get it linked with blue tooth. Wouldn’t stay on so got no readings. The thermometer is junk and going back.

Hello—I’d love a single Equate health app that supports all Equate devices (thermometer, pulse oximeter, BP monitor, etc.) so my family’s readings live in one place with shared profiles. Please consider unifying your apps and adding sync to Apple Health/Google Fit. Thanks!

As others have said you cannot make an account it intermittently will send a verification code which then immediately says is expired. It constantly says -1005 network connection lost. Even sitting beside the router and phone with full signal. It's useful and adds zero customer value. As others said why spend more for Bluetooth when the app is junk. Returning the SpO2 meter and buying a reliable brand with a working app. If you cannot even get something as simple as a mobile app to work in 2025 how can I rely on the data your device is giving me is correct.

I originally bought it so I can keep a heart rate log in one place to show my cardiologist. I’ve been trying for 3 days now to make an account. I can’t make an account without a verification code I’m supposed to be getting through my email. I’ve tried about 15 times to send a verification code and I haven’t received a single one. I’ve tried different email addresses that I have access to, deleting the app and redownloading, checked ALL of my mail folders including spam and haven’t received a single one. I couldn’t gone with a cheaper pulse ox without Bluetooth and an app if I knew it wasn’t going to work.
