I love the company and their products but the app is trash. It glitches out frequently when I try to put something in my cart and then the app just crashes. It’s helpful when it works because orders tend to take 20 mins to be ready. If it doesn’t work, I don’t have time to go in person and wait, so they are losing some money by not fixing the app. Not sure it’s worth downloading the app tbh.

App is very slow. Lots of errors while trying to order a single coffee. It defaulted to a location 2 miles away rather than the one 0 miles away.  Couldn’t manage to place an order for over ten minutes due to all the slowness and errors.

I've tried ordering through the app, but it usually doesn't work. It also doesn't always add my points from the receipt. If I want to order ahead, I'm forced to order from DoorDash, and I don't get points for the receipt.

I love this app—except you have to go through the entire order before learning whether the location is taking app orders or not! Sometimes this means you put in a big order all for not. Otherwise, fabulous app.

This coffee is located in the “tech hub” of America, and the app feels like it was made in 2003. It takes years to order on here, it’s super glitchy, isn’t the whole point of this app to save time by not waiting in line and pick up and go ?
Once you finally pick a drink I feel like I’m filling out a dmv form for my coffee. But hey maybe the tech hub here isn’t that great.

I’d give the coffee and staff four or five stars, but this app, negative stars. I have an account. I downloaded the app. It does not let me select anything to log in just starts walking me through the signup process and then says uh oh that phone number (or email or credit card - depends on how far it gets) is already associated with an account and then zero options to login or forgot password. It’s literally just an endless loop of account setup screens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. If I try using the website on my phone, it loops me over to the app and account setup… even if I’ve logged in on the mobile website. My local location is very busy, I can’t afford to take 30 to 40 minute breaks to order in line and wait for the drink every time (not exaggerating). So now I just walk across the street to a little kiosk coffee shop with great coffee and no lines and no wait. But I miss those croissants.

Unfortunately the App has become unusable with consistently slow loads or just a complete crash. There’s no support option either, even after speaking to the CEO about it and showing him the experience of the App on my phone.

In theory, the app is great. But every time I use it, the shop isn’t accepting mobile orders. I could get over that, but the rewards can only be redeemed with the mobile orders (no code to scan in store) so I have unusable reward dollars accruing. Pointless.

Doesn’t show any cafes near me for online order despite having my order history. Just updated to the latest version and makes no difference. Love their coffee but this app has so many issues so I’m inclined to go somewhere else where I can reliably order ahead

I always have the best experience at equator. Everyone is so nice and friendly! I go to my neighborhood location several times a week. My dog loves going too because of the bones!
