The video screen cannot minimise after you maximise it. Cannot close and go back to the previous page too. It wasn’t like this the last time when we just started using it.

Terrible app. The Timezone is off by 2 hours despite trying to update my phone to 24 hours to match. There is no where on the app where u can update the Timezone. When updating scheduled feeds it often doesn’t work even though it says “successfully updated”. Does not log all the times food is dispensed. When I hit “dispense food” if often doesn’t work & have to give it a few goes.

Lo spioncino senza una buona app non funziona,dopo l’ultimo è il penultimo aggiornamento non carica bene e, non fa scaricare i video. Non è la prima volta per questi problemi e ho deciso di portare avanti una lamentela tramite legale al rivenditore del prodotto denominata LOOKATHOME SRL.

Every time iOS is updated the software fails. Now Eques doesn’t even update their software. This means your doorbell does not work! No investment in keeping their product up to date. Better off buying a cheaper product.

Medium photo sector. When I receive the notification on the Apple iWatch I only read the notification and do not see the person, while another brand like Ez., purchased by a friend and paid less, sees the photo. To see it I have to open the iPhone. I hope you improve it.

Si tot anava bé i de sobte un dia no pots accedir a les imatges o fins i tot remotament a la camera, el que heu de fer és esborrar l'aplicació del mòbil i tornar-la descarregar. Vigileu! haureu de recordar la contrasenya i usuari. Si no esteu segurs, recomano descarregar-la abans en una altra telèfon mòbil i provar usuari i contrasenya
