I’ve been waiting for an app like this for years!  I don’t have a lot of time in my day and to be able to access movements like this which I can do anywhere is so helpful. With all of the old injuries I have, this has kept me moving comfortably and has definitely improved my seat. Well done to their forward thinking brand 💪🏼🐴♥️

Love the pre-ride activation flows - all the exercises are targeted to wake up and loosen up the parts you need for a good ride. The difference in my riding has been incredible - after not competing for 4 years, I've worked on my fitness using the Equestride app and have managed to qualify for two national championships in our first season. Definitely wouldn't have managed this without working on myself and using the Equestride programme 💪🏻🙌🏻 Thank you!
