EquestFile is the premier equine data management platform. Customers with EquestFile accounts can quickly enter horse data such as recording numbers, height, breed, feeding and supplement information, healthcare records for routine and emergency care, training schedules and modalities. You can assign tasks to employees and receive feedback from them regarding the status of these tasks. Subscription Details: Your subscription will start with a 14-day trial. EquestFile will provide equine data management services on a monthly basis for users who sign up for a monthly subscription. EquestFile will provide equine data management services on a yearly basis for users who sign up for a yearly subscription. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hourse before the end of the current period. You can turn of the auto-renew from your iPhone settings. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Setting after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Love it! ### 5/5 — Great Tool for Equine Management *2021-04-22* EquestFile is an extremely valuable tool that we use regularly in managing the care of the 61 horses at our horse rescue ranch. It is so very helpful to have medication schedules, farrier schedules, health care records, and more available at all times whether on the phones of our barn staff or on the pc’s in our office. Special mention needs to made of the fast and always helpful support available! ### 4/5 — Great App with great customer service *2020-12-28* This app has helped me run my 40+ horse barn and manage lessons, tasks, shows, training, medications, and pretty much everything! My horse owners love to be able to login and see when their horse is getting ridden and how the ride goes. I love that I can also add medications and keep track of feeding and treatments. There are some bugs in the app but whenever I’ve had issues the support team answers within hours which is super helpful. I’d love to be able to do employee hours on here as well and maybe even an invoicing service...? They should really help you to keep track of what the employees have been doing over a specific timeframe (hours can be documented) as well as horse activity. We love hearing what our customers want next. ### 1/5 — Junk *2019-12-07* Never could get logged in due to a bug in the app **Developer response:** Hi, 2ptdoe...yes, there was a bug in your particular app. When you emailed us and wanted to cancel because you had not been able to log in we worked on it as well and found a bug. We reported it to the tech team to work on. We also gave you instructions on how to log into your desktop and work from there while we fixed your mobile application. We didn't ask you to log into the app to cancel your subscription. We told you that as you had signed up through the app store you would have to go through the app store to cancel. Then, we provided you the steps on how to go to the app store and cancel your subscription. When a person signs up for a software product through the app store, the company that has the software product has no ability to adjust or cancel the product. It all has to be done from the app store. We regret you had trouble with logging into your app. We strive to make EquestFile a valuable and useful service for our horse owners. Gone are the days of misplacing coggins, hunting down when my horses received which vaccinations and when, trying to remember the last time the dentist floated their teeth....I could go on for days! I love being able to have all of this information in one place. The app is a gift from Heaven! It’s awesome being able to add users so everyone stays in the loop regarding training schedules, feed, turnout, grooming, and other barn chores. If I’m away at a show and my horse turns up lame on his previously injured leg I can go to the vet on call and show them X-rays, rehab instructions, etc so they have a better understanding of what’s going on. I keep pictures on my horse’s profile so my farrier and I can keep track of the progress of the corrective shoeing and maintenance. Do yourselves a favor and subscribe to EquestFile now.
