The Equestrian App manages day-to-day horse activities like stall management, boarding, leasing rules, training plans, veterinarian exams, farrier visits, invoicing, ride tracking, a marketplace, and so much more.  We all want the best for our horses, so we built The Equestrian App to be that exclusive, one-of-a-kind tool you can rely upon everyday for your horses healthcare and well-being. This most recent update honestly ruined the app. I have lifetime platinum and regretting it now. Instead of fixing the feed, and actually having everything in order, they took away the toggle option that would sometimes fix it. Now it’s permanently broken. I can’t access several of my horses profiles because they won’t load in (regardless of WiFi, data or location). I can’t find a single thing the update actually made better, only worse, and it’s extremely frustrating. I loved this app so much and had extremely high hopes. I’ve had the app for a few years now and it’s so disappointing to see no change, and then suddenly a bad change. Please work on this

I LOVED this app so much and used it every time that I rode. It was really useful for me and it was soooo good. Recently however, you have to pay in order to have the ride tracker which was the main thing I used! I really wish that the ride tracking was free and this app would be a five stars.  Please bring back this feature

EquestrianApp has become one of the most valuable tools in my daily routine at EquestriaLux. It’s simple, organized, and incredibly intuitive. Everything from health records to farrier schedules, feed programs, training notes, and appointments is laid out clearly and easy to update.

Running a luxury boarding and training facility means every detail matters, and this app keeps my entire barn running smoothly. The reminders are accurate, the shared access for staff is seamless, and the layout makes it easy to manage multiple horses without missing a thing.

Since integrating it into our workflow at EquestriaLux, communication has improved, record-keeping is cleaner, and the overall attention to detail has gone up another level.

I want to love everything about it, and I almost do, but I find the price expensive (if you want more than the free version) and it’s not super super clear what features you have access to in the tier that you have, ie free version, silver, gold, etc. Otherwise I have no complaints. The interface is somewhat straightforward. I love that you can add all sorts of details. I love the ride tracker, although I wish I had access to the tracker history. I love that you can select multiple horses on each ride/input. It’s great and it’ll serve me nicely. I’m just sad about the price for the next level tiers :( I think you can share your horses with other people and they can add rides/sessions/appointments but I wouldn’t know, the free version doesn’t allow sharing like that.

We’ve been using this app to manage our barn’s records, and it’s been a total game-changer. Our operation is large—we have horses leased out to multiple locations, a full 4-H program, boarding clients, 
and more. This app handles it all. Keeping track of health records, scheduling, and individual horse info across programs is finally simple and organized.

What really sets it apart is the customer service. Any time we’ve had a question or needed help customizing something for our setup, their team has been fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in making it work for us. Highly recommend for anyone managing a complex or multi-site equine operation.
