A short while later, I found Equi-Pole on Facebook where lots and lots of layouts were posted, but I still liked the app given that it explained how to space the poles and all the ways the exercise could be ridden so I continued to use it. With the new update brought the new layouts... but you have to purchases these as extra in-app, which seems cheeky when you have already bought the app and it only comes with 9 layouts ‘as standard’. I think I’ll stick to finding pole exercises on Facebook now. Seems a shame when it’s such a useful app. I think either the app purchase price needs to include all the layouts, or the app should be free to download and you can buy - in app - certain layouts or ‘levels’. ### 5/5 — Equi-Pole *2021-03-03, version 1.0.5* Downloaded this morning. I downloaded this when it first launched and it’s worth every penny. I use it pretty much on a weekly bases to help me with my training. Not just the layouts but all the other training notes as well. The exercises can be completed to varying degrees of experience which is great for helping with development. The app is user-friendly and has lots of options for using each layout. It’s just as perfect for a quick set-up and play as it is for a more intense session. Don’t worry if you haven’t got loads of poles - there are suggestions for making layouts smaller.
