## What is Equilibrium. Tasks & Goals?

Equilibrium helps you reach your goal by dividing it into a list of small steps recursively. Then each step can be divided into a list of easier steps that can be divided again and so on ad infinitum, creating a graph of the easiest tasks to your final goal. It will give you an organized visualization of the entire task-graph, allowing you to see the whole picture, instead of a traditional list.

It’s easy to use. Within a few minutes, you will see the entire graph – from small steps to your final goals – in a nice, organized, and interactive form.

KEY FEATURES

- Recursive Tasks and Events
Tasks and Events are basic building blocks that represent an action or a small step toward your goals. Tasks can be used as a root for other sub-tasks and Events can be used to notify you about scheduled events.

- Roots
Root is a centralized block for a task-graph, that serve as a root-task – any big goal, project, or sphere of life, such as Family and Work – that can contain its own list of sub-tasks. Each such sub-task can contain its own list of smaller sub-tasks, and so on ad infinitum. The app will show a recursive percentage of the fulfillment of each task, a branch of tasks, or the entire Root.

- Task-Graph Visualization
The app will give you an organized visualization of the entire task-graph, allowing you to see the whole picture, instead of a traditional list.

- Automatic Estimates
Once you mark an item as done, the app will remember the difference between the time when you did this and your provided estimate for it. Also, it will use other information (like item's priority, creation time, number of sub-items, etc) to learn from your schedule and habits. Over time, the app will build a behavioral model to suggest the right time for each item and to warn you when giving wrong estimates.

- Recursive Scheduling
You can schedule a task for easy access during the day, the app will search all its sub-tasks recursively to find the smallest steps you need to make to accomplish this task. They will appear in the Scheduled tab. When you mark all of them as done, their root-item will be marked as done automatically.

## Key features

- Recursive task and event creation
- Root tasks for major goals
- Interactive task-graph visualization
- Automatic time estimate learning
- Recursive scheduling of sub-tasks
- Progress percentage tracking

### 1/5 — Doesn’t load

*2022-09-11, version 2.1*

Sad, looks like a super cool concept. When I press the app icon it just crashes and force closes.

### 1/5 — App doesnt load

*2022-04-29, version 2.1*

as of April 2022 still crashes when the ap icon is pressed. as of Jan 2022, Press the app icon, it comes up for a brief moment, and then closes. Using Iphone 11

### 2/5 — Functionality

*2022-03-11, version 2.0*

This app lacks the ability to create with easy.

### 3/5 — I so want to use your app

*2021-10-13, version 2.0*

The concept is perfect but it is just not functional at all. Dissappointing, as I really wish it worked. Good luck. Its a great idea but needs to work. Plus, if your going to put it out there enable the option to at least not delete what you input, it converts back to the default once you close the app.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2021-08-22, version 2.1*

Superb concept I suggest you add mind map in the description to get it more traffic!

### 1/5 — Very Glitchy

*2021-04-27, version 2.1*

It's a great concept, but the glitches make it unusable. Deleted tasks don't get deleted; added tasks don't get added; the visualization arranges the tasks in a way that makes it look like I've put them at the wrong level of the hierarchy. Also, you can't edit tasks; you can only delete them and start over.

### 1/5 — Does not work properly on a Mac

*2020-12-17*

I assumed this was ready for desktop use, but it seems to me that this is intended for mobile use only. Liked the idea and the potential, but on desktop this app is sadly completely unusable.

### 3/5 — Nice concept

*2020-06-23, version 0.5.1*

Backing to previous screen should be sliding across the screen.
And visualization of flow chart doesn’t work. Only works for first task root.
Also going into each task root is difficult as soon as you touch it it goes into that root and remains highlighted. As I said needs small updates and wish app developer places contact email. So feedback can be given easily. Great concept if it can improve. Love the app wish visualization worked for all the task root.
