## What is Equine Estate Planner?

Equine Estate Planner helps horse property owners design and compare facility layouts on a real satellite map of their land.

Drop in barns, arenas, round pens, paddocks, hot walkers, hay storage, fencing, gates and pools — sized to real-world dimensions in feet — and arrange them with drag, rotate, and auto-snap alignment. Start from a library of ready-made templates (shed-row and center-aisle barns, dressage and hunter arenas, round pens, pastures, walkers and more) or build your own.

FEATURES
• Place facilities on real Esri satellite imagery of your property
• Real dimensions in feet, with rotation and smart snapping
• Configurable barns: stall count, stall size, overhang, aisle style
• Template library for common equestrian structures
• Create multiple plans and compare two side by side
• Export your layout as JPG, PNG or PDF
• Works fully offline — your plans are saved privately on your device

Whether you're buying acreage, planning a new build, or reimagining an existing farm, Equine Estate Planner makes it easy to visualize the whole property before breaking ground.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-06-29

Easier fence editing: tap any fence point to select it, drag it anywhere on the map to reposition, then tap Done — or Delete to remove a point. Plus reliability and layout refinements.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-26

Editing your property layout is now much smoother:

• Tap "Move on map" to reposition any item — no dragging needed
• Quick actions (move, rotate, duplicate, delete) right on the map
• New items drop into place mode so you can tap to position them
• Rotate buttons, plus separate stall width & length for barns
• Clear gate icons and on-map labels showing real dimensions
• Auto-save, address search, fit-to-plan, and a property summary
• iPad layout and touch fixes

### 1.1 — 2026-06-16

This update brings several fixes and improvements:

• Move items by dragging with your finger or Apple Pencil
• Gates now show a clear gate symbol that scales with the width you set
• Barns let you set separate stall width and length
• Smoother number entry throughout the editor
• Layout fixes on iPad
