To say I am in disbelief about this situation is absolutely an understatement. My camera arrived and never worked. Since the camera never worked I wasn’t able to connect to the app and receive support. I had to reach out via email. I requested to return and was only met with copy paste emails how to reset or to purchase SiM cards. I already purchased 2 SiM cards at TMobile the carrier advertised to be compatible. Camera has not worked. I tried to charge it for days. Reset. Move it to other locations. No service. couldn’t even connect to app. I reached out on social media and posted on their black friday campaign that my camera didn’t work and I was dissatisfied. Now i’ve been blocked. I did screen shot the conversation but I was shocked to see this blatant behavior to silence me. So beware. I’m happy this premium advertised camera is working for some happy customers. Just proceed with caution. The premium camera does not give premium service.

This has been the absolute worst nightmare to try to get to work.  I wanted peace of mind for foaling season and it hasn't worked at all.  Just wanted to return and get a refund but that still hasn't happened.  Highly disappointed and do not recommend

The cameras work alright. They really are nothing fancy, but they come at an exuberant price tag. 
THIS APP, HOWEVER- it belongs in federal prison. Nothing uploads to the cloud- yes I bought storage- and I never get any motion detection alarms- yes everything is set correctly. I have been emailing tech support back and forth and they just keep going in circles with me. They sent a new camera, but it was never the camera that was the issue- FIX THE APP

The app supports my new Equine Eye camera. 

Really easy to set up and now I can keep an eye on the horses wherever I am.
