Support contacts not working. Terrible experience. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in anymore *2021-02-13* App just spins and you can never get logged in. ### 1/5 — It’s broken *2020-12-07* I have not been able to login for at least 10 days and other people are also having this problem. ### 1/5 — Fancy, doesn’t work to do what you need. *2020-10-17* In addition to having a bunch of new features that are supposed to make things “easier” all it does is change all the workflows but it can’t even raise a ticket for access in 12 hours. Technology is worthless if it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. I can do most of the activities here. But the login process makes the app useless EVERY time I use the app I need to go through the following steps , even after I setup the pin and biometric to on - Click the app - enter username / password on ecp - veri mfa on email - set the pin again ( set as in initial setup, enter two times I’m back to using the browser again Hope the Equinix developer reads this. From the quality of the app, I’m not so optimistic ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-02-22, version 2023.09.0* Log in too slow. PIN code and biometric don’t work. Unable to create inbound ticket. At some point during pandemic they fixed most of glitches I had spotted. Now it’s completely broken again. Everybody has given up using the app and defaults to the browser version. This is not what you expect from such a reputable data center operator. ### 1/5 — Broken for a longer time *2022-03-03* For quite a while now the app won‘t go passed a spinning circle on a white screen. Useless. ### 1/5 — Can not use to schedule “Work Visits”. *2021-04-28, version 2021.4.0* The app is very buggy and the process to open any tickets is very convoluted. Also, Equinix annoyingly is not requiring “Work Visit” tickets to go to the data center but when creating these types of tickets with this app it will put a random time that is different than the “time slots” you pick. The website does not have this issue. The QR code for your profile in this app is now useless because each “Work Visit” generates a new QR code, if you go to the data center 10 times you will have 10 different QR codes, crazy. I see no reason to have this app on your phone, useless. ### 1/5 — Login data not saved after app update *2021-03-15, version 2021.3.0* Every time there’s an app update on the store, you are logged out and forced to login again. Literally, you must have this app if you want to work with Equinix. They keep improving the app and web portal. I just can’t understand the hole pin thing and always needing to reenter it. ### 5/5 — Not a 2 app *2022-01-10* I’m creating a work visit with the app after posting this review, as I’m parked in front of one of their data centers. Been coming here for over a decade, owners have changed services has not. This app makes my life easier. ### 5/5 — Time Saving Tool *2013-05-01* This tool provides truly useful value to me. So often I am going between 2 places and not near a PC. For future versions, please consider conference rooms. ### 4/5 — Remote Check-in *2024-12-04* Is the option to check in and out of the data centers still Available? I haven’t been to out cage in a while. When I rolled up to the parking lot I got a message about merging accounts and the remote check-in wasn’t there anymore ### 4/5 — Please add iPad and landscape support *2016-11-29* Love the app, but it needs to support iPad devices in addition to iPhone...and it really, really needs to support landscape mode for those of us with keyboards! ### 4/5 — Great app *2013-07-23* Overall, a great app. Though there are some routine procedures still missing from the main portal. Inexplicably inbound/outbound shipment tickets. A nice to have would be to be able to save login info, including password. My devices are always secured with a password and this just adds a second level of security that should be optional. ### 3/5 — Fix IBX Check Out *2025-11-28* This app is great when it works, but right mow it is broken. IBX Check In/ Check Out is a nice feature, Check In in seconds and through security in a breath. Check Out however is broken. Started getting an error message every time checking out via app since last update. IBX security is no help and support option/e-mail no longer works. Please fix ### 3/5 — Bugs bugs bugs *2024-07-14* It was working, then broken for the longest time. Login issues, always have to login and biometric settings don’t save or work. They fixed it again (probably by accident) and it worked for a couple weeks until the latest update broke it again. Wish there was a way to roll back, shouldn’t have updated ### 3/5 — Buggy *2023-09-06* Seems every other release they're breaking something in the app. Latest 2 updates reset the login and broke biometric logins. You'd think they'd test their "bug fixes" before blindly releasing them.
