## What is Equipcare?

EquipCare is the field app for the EquipCare healthcare logistics platform, used by
durable medical equipment (DME) companies and the hospices they serve.
For drivers
- See today's deliveries, pickups and routes in one place
- Scan equipment QR codes when loading and collecting
- Navigate to each stop with turn-by-turn directions
- Capture proof of delivery: photos, signatures and recipient details
- Record pickups item by item, including damaged or missing equipment
For hospice staff
- Order equipment and supplies for patients
- Track deliveries and request pickups
- See the equipment each patient has
- Contact support from inside the app
EquipCare accounts are created by your organization. If your company or hospice
uses EquipCare, ask your administrator for access.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

The Complete Pickup screen now shows the patient's address, contact details and delivery photos.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-22
