It locks up when trying to select my equipment to view a parts diagram. Wasted my time entering in all of my equipment data… Just one more poorly and cheaply constructed item bringing down the once highly regarded John Deere brand…

Very clunky, every time I put in equipment serial numbers it just disappears when I hit save. I like the idea but the app is completely useless these problems get fixed

You log into the app and input the serial number of your equipment. It saves that in the app. Then you click on view diagrams/order parts. Then you login again to the in-app web browser. Then input your serial number AGAIN, every time. What’s the point of being logged in if it doesn’t save anything to your account. You select your preferred dealer, then it changes it, every time. The people who developed this obviously have never tried to use it.

I can’t even add my mower. This app is cumbersome to use while the old mower plus works fine. Not sure why Deere would release this and want us to replace Mower Plus with it.

This app is god awful- it was built with the commercial market in mind and not the homeowner. Keep the Mower Plus app for as long as possible. 

Who tried to direct their homeowners to a commercial app with zero features??? Apparently John Deere does!
