I've been using EquiPro Connect since the very beginning. It is by far the best app for bodyworkers. The reports are super easy to create and gorgeous.

I highly recommend this app! I did a lot of research when I set up my Equine Massage and Bodywork business and I found that this is the best option out there. Marissa has been so helpful and responsive and she really understood everything that would be needed to easily and efficiently run my business. :)

I have been using EquiPro sense it came out in last fall. There were definitely some glitches in the beginning but support was always super helpful and loves to hear any ideas that you have two maybe add to the app or change. 

As far as I can tell, all of the bugs that needed fixing in the beginning, have been resolved. They are very quick to respond to support questions and ensuring that they are working hard to fix any issues.

I absolutely love that you have unlimited reports and unlimited horses and unlimited clients. You do not have to worry about paying any extra fees to simply run your business. 

You can download monthly sales reports, you can also send invoices and receipts through the app, and literally so much more! 

The graphics when creating, your reports are phenomenal as well. 

I am so thankful that I started with EquiPro because it has been everything I have needed in the support team is super helpful, listening to what body workers need, or could very well views in the future. It was created by a body worker and made for body workers for sure. And if you ever have any ideas, once you started using the app, send a quick message to the support team and they’ll let you know if they already have that idea in the process or if it’s something that they will consider adding.

I will start with saying I love the organization of this app. As a bodyworker, it really helps me that I can get a session report started while I am with my clients and then finish the full report when I am home or somewhere with better service/Wi-Fi. It’s also great that I can organize the horses I work on with the horse or horses that they own/lease/are in charge of, I can assign which barn they are in, and schedule that way.

Some of the things I think need a little work:
The pop up that wants you to set up payment through the app wont go away even if you opt to not use the apps payment portal. 

I downloaded the app on to my iPad so I could have a larger screen to work off, but the app does not adjust to the iPad screen, it stays small like I am looking at it on my phone so I have to use an internet browser (first world problems, I know).

Any time I try to add a barn while adding a client in, the app freezes and I have to close out the app completely and then I usually have 2-3 copies of the same barn in the list, which I have to go back and delete. 

First world problems in the end, but paying for an app to make things easier and quicker for on boarding new clients, Barns, horses, etc. I’d like it to be a little more seamless.

- We are moving that popup to settings, so that will address the hassle of constantly closing it out.

- In the bottom right of the screen, there is an expand button to make the app larger on your iPad.

- I was unaware of that glitch, so thank you for reporting it.

I absolutely LOVE this app! It’s streamlined my work process immensely and I’ll never go without it. HOWEVER, lately I’m unable to update client info once it’s saved. I’m getting “there’s an unexpected error” pop up. If we can get that fixed I’d appreciate it!! Once that’s fixed I can update my review to the 5 stars it deserves.
