For the cost, this is the best app out there. I can easily maintain my equipment and track what my technicians are completing without being on site.

Hours tracking and preventative maintenance has always been a struggle for us trying to keep track of everything in spreadsheets. This app keeps everything in one place allowing multiple users to access at any time. I can change who sees what equipment if i want to limit users.

The templates feature is a great new addition to the program. Im able to create equipment templates and have preventative maintenance filled out for that type of equipment. Makes the process of adding new equipment a breeze.

We just added QR codes from the app to allow our employees to report problems quicker all in one place. Communication is key for us when running between multiple locations and lots of moving parts. 

Mechanics and technicians have noticed better communication and over site managing the equipment and vehicles.

Equiptrakr is the best system we’ve found to track maintenance and report issues on our fleet of equipment. We have over 300 pieces of rolling equipment in multiple states and this has been a game changer. Between the notifications, the location marking, automated hour reporting, and messaging function there’s nothing out there like it.
