Also, my professional email address is 37 char long and the app accepts only 35 char. Myself being a software engineer and developer, my initial experience with the app is worst. ### 1/5 — About Transactions *2026-06-19* 2.0 app is batter then first but still to many glitch and bugs. When we complete transactions then share options not working for details sent. Still not up to the mark app compare to other private sector banks. After entering all my details, when the KYC window opens, their message pops up saying: “Sorry, we are unable to do KYC because of a system glitch.” And this has been happening for 2 days. If you call customer care, they act arrogantly, don’t give proper answers, and don’t even receive the call properly. Not even once. It’s a very cheap and third-class bank.
