Also, my professional email address is 37 char long and the app accepts only 35 char. Myself being a software engineer and developer, my initial experience with the app is worst. ### 3/5 — Have problem in iPhone for joint users *2026-01-01* I have account for me and wife , I have in iPhone both my number and wife number and unable to install dual Equitas app for iPhone, due to its iOS So to setup the ATM card for wife unable to do So only way is put the sim in a new phone or change number for wife account, any ways to avoid this, I can able to access my wife account as we are joint holders ### 3/5 — Current Account not found *2025-04-19* I have saving as well as current account attached to same mobile number. After entering all my details, when the KYC window opens, their message pops up saying: “Sorry, we are unable to do KYC because of a system glitch.” And this has been happening for 2 days. If you call customer care, they act arrogantly, don’t give proper answers, and don’t even receive the call properly. Not even once. It’s a very cheap and third-class bank. It either crashes on launch or gets stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and even checking for updates, but nothing helps. This is very frustrating, especially when I need to access my account urgently. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. You can’t use password managers (have you guys even heard of that?), can’t paste (a dimwit solution is blocking paste). All this for what? Security?
