App is very bad to compare with other banks and slow ,crash with bugs ,really bank has to look on the app to develop .

Look at the quality of the app. It’s 15 years behind in technology and user interface. The app and the website are dead slow and not user friendly at all. I am an NRE Account holder here and I am going to move my money from this bank cuz if the front end of the app is horrible I can’t believe what the back end and security would look like. I’m out!

Whenever some one try it use for applying to IPO it will work only for one IPO but if you wish to use for another IPO, beneficiary nick name will not appear. One will have to log out & then again login to apply for another IPO. Even going back & again trying will not help.
